I was into town by scoot today because of lack of snow on the trails and ice.  This series of pictures shows the trip back out from Point Pleasant Marina to Kineras Bay.   Taken Feb.22/18

    I saw on the water level graph that the level went up to 1 meter above chart datum! Did the ice break up in some locations? I enjoy your photos cottage from Horse island. How thick is the ice in the sound or is there open water?
