I made it into Seven Mile Bay today.  I found 10" of white ice here at the pinch point.  Taken Jan.24/18

I found 10 " of black ice on Five Mile Bay in front of Dunroe Is.  The ice is smooth with very little snow cover.  Most of the portages are good except those that are south facing.  About 1" of snow fell last night with the flash freeze to cover the dirt.  Taken Jan.24/18
