 This series of pictures was taken on my weekly trip into Parry Sound from Kineras Bay.  The storm with strong winds opened up the ice anywhere where water flows in the channels and between island.  There is still thick ice in the marinas and Five Mile Bay.  I don't think the south channel will be navigable to after April 24.      Taken April 6/18

 Winter is back on Kineras Bay.  6" of new snow fell yesterday in strong winds.  My power was of for a few hours.  There is 2" of slush on the ice with about 2" of snow on top.  Taken Arp5/18
